Main duties and Responsibilities

  • Deputy Registrar or Senior Assistant Registrar is responsible for administrative development activities at the General Administration of the University
  • Analyze and provide relevant information on the managerial methods and organization of the University administrative improvements, sustainability and stability
  • Study or Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness, system polices and methods in areas such as operation.
  • Conduct assessments and propose improvements to methods, system and procedures in areas such as operation, human resources, records management and communications.
  • Conduct quality development and audits quality management and quality assurance standards for ISO
  • Plan the recognition of the operations of the (branch / division) establishment
  • Entire Administrative activities will come under his purview in areas such as operation
  • Functioning as Secretary of the meeting for Registrar if assigned.
