- Student Counsellors operate to guide students in their transition from school to university environment, and assist them in overcoming learning, financial and emotional difficulties, and help to make their university life rewarding, pleasant and memorable
- Academic Counsellors provide academic guidance to students in their respective subjects

What is LMS?
Learning Management System (LMS) is a learner support system that acts as a supplementary tool for blended learning (online and classroom based). Unit of Siddha Medicine has a Moodle-based LMS, which can be accessed via http://lms.jfn.ac.lk/lms. Each student will get an individual account for LMS.
