Main duties and Responsibilities
- Deputy Registrar or Senior Assistant Registrar is responsible for administrative development activities at the General Administration of the University
- Analyze and provide relevant information on the managerial methods and organization of the University administrative improvements, sustainability and stability
- Study or Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness, system polices and methods in areas such as operation.
- Conduct assessments and propose improvements to methods, system and procedures in areas such as operation, human resources, records management and communications.
- Conduct quality development and audits quality management and quality assurance standards for ISO
- Plan the recognition of the operations of the (branch / division) establishment
- Entire Administrative activities will come under his purview in areas such as operation
- Functioning as Secretary of the meeting for Registrar if assigned.
